Honestly, it was such a good experience.Mr. Shyam Kumar helped me with everything. He explained me the process, all the paperwork. He even warned me for any unseen possibility of problems. It was honestly assuring to have such an expert working with me in my relocation.They packed everything very nicely. They said they can keep it in the air conditioned storage for how long I need it at a very reasonable monthly price. Once I decided to ship them to Germany. They aligned all the timing. They managed to couple it with other deliveries so I paid less for the total shipping.Finally yesterday, everything arrived without any missing parts. Not even a wine glass was broken. Their Europe partner company is also very good. They communicated all the steps with me, helped me get the paperwork done. They delivered my stuff right on the promised date with professional moving crew.Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole service. J TJ T ★☆☆☆☆ Update - Sept 20th.One of the owners - pretends to not be the owner when faced with these issues- have been messaging him but he will always say its with management.Their reply below is NOT the truth.Eg: I have asked them to fix the broken mirror and compensate for some of the damages - never asked for a full refund.To date: its been 21 days since my move day: no apologies, no offer of a solution or remedy for the damages. And most of all - blatantly lying with their response.Unacceptable + such an unprofessional and unethical way of doing business.______________________NEVER again. Buyer beware.This is my 2nd try with Just box it thought didn’t have the best experience the first time around.1st time: a year ago June 2022• damaged cookware from bad tape on all the handles and till today still sticky• Chipped off wooden cabinet leg• Some dents and poor packing of some clothing itemsTried them again Aug 31, 2023 and followed up every 2 days and shared photos of the damages.Its Sept 12: NO feedback, no updates no offers to fix the damages.• Had advised and reminded them to NOT tape item handles as they leave a horrid sticky residue that even after a year I can’t remove• Shocked at the time it took and the damages incurred and 12 days of following up to request some compensation or to fix the damages the team had left behind• No response from management and I was told: these things happen, accidents happen• Here is the running list of damages and non care of packing by the team.• Despite the 14 hr day and damages (which I also came across days later) I had tipped the team wellIssues and damages1 Circular mirror: cracked. Found it unwrapped behind storage room door - no one informed of the crack. Just left it unwrapped hidden behind the storage door2 Taping of all suitcase handles + some other misc items : have reminded pre move numerous times. Super sticky handles and damaged some newer suitcases.3 Food items thrown in with cleaning supplies 2 - of the boxes had food items thrown in - see pics sent4 Silk pink romper, white dress thrown in with random items: one broken hanger with nail jutting out! - tossed into the box randomly5 Kitchen ware: knives just thrown into a plastic bag with other items6 1 broken drawer in brown shelf in storage room = not mentioned when they brought it in7 Cleaning liquids not bagged or wrapped and 1 of my newly boxed bamboo pillow unopened got soaked through (as they threw in liquid bottles with fragile items)8 Left a piece of wall painting art in old apt - forgot to remove it and left it in kitchen.9 Left water bottles that they had asked for – sparkling water and left 4 bottles half drunk in kitchen and some other garbage items10 Plants: bamboo - one broke off + and no one said anythingPlants: broken branches -- 3 potted plants11 Glass wardrobe - taped - left glue on bottom part of glass- can’t be removed easily still glue stainsThis gives you a clear idea of what to expect and to run up on your own costs post moving with such movers!!
